OakNorth is a global fintech business focused on solving the problem of lower mid-market business lending globally. As the business continued to expand, they partnered with Tétris to increase their floorplate in London’s Soho, and create a workspace to attract and retain the industry’s top talent.
We worked closely with our client to understand their ethos and bring it to life through design; taking inspiration from the oak tree logo. From expanses of timber and swathes of green carpet, to the incorporation of an actual tree in the breakout area, the space lives and breathes the merger of tech and nature.
A variety of working environments boost collaboration and productivity, while features such as a skateboard feature wall and treadmill desks bring a sense of play to the scheme. This is a workspace that echoes its firm’s status as a challenger of the norm, a disruptor in its field, and a place of innovation.
