Metier is a private equity company whose brand blends the trust of traditional values reflected in luxurious comfort, with an eclectic mix of collectable art pieces and souvenirs of landmark and celebratory moments. This rich expression of the company values and memorabilia had to be accommodated in a contemporary, welcoming design with flair that is accessible for clients and staff.
The front of house collaborative meeting rooms and lounges are separated from the back of house focused desking for different work activities. They are connected by a central contemporary kitchen and informal breakaway area. Flowing curtains and blinds filter the play of natural light throughout the space. Detailed finishes and mirrors inlaid in timber screens, soft couches in rich colours and fine glassware alongside collectables displayed in glass-fronted cabinets create a warm ‘resimercial’ office designed to host conversations and foster partnerships.
