After several reorganizations carried out by Tétris on their existing site, Advolis Orfis decided to change the building for an environment adapted to the needs of the employees and to the desired new working methods.
The challenge: to move from a traditional partitioned organization to an open flex office layout.
The solution: Tétris set up co-design workshops in order to create support and build a workspace adapted to the different professions.
Tétris then carried out the fitting out work while respecting an ambitious schedule, the project was delivered at Christmas 2021.
