Heimstaden, a leading European residential real estate company, gave us the task of quickly and efficiently finishing 329 flats at the new Myśliwska development in Kraków.
The project required a comprehensive approach, encompassing a variety of square metres (33-65 m2) and the needs of future tenants. It was crucial to maintain high standards of quality, modern style and timeliness, while taking into account environmental aspects.
A phased plan was developed to finish the flats from January to October 2024.
The Tetris team handled the installation of personalised furniture, including bespoke wardrobes and kitchens. The flats were equipped with high-end appliances, ensuring the comfort of future tenants. A neutral, bright colour scheme was used, allowing the interiors to be easily adapted to the individual preferences of future occupants.
Eco-friendly practices were implemented, segregating 80% of construction waste for recycling. Tetris maintained constant communication with the developer, allowing for a flexible response to emerging needs.
The result of this collaboration was the timely delivery of modern, fully-furnished flats, meeting high standards of quality and sustainability.
