The goal was to return the 24 floor of the Pacific Tower to its original purpose: a common space, accessible to all tenants to eat, work, relax, share fun moments with colleagues or more intimate moments like reading.
This space is animated throughout the day and offers an easily accessible dining area.
We reworked the space, redefining the functions of each area to abandon the corporate codes and propose various relaxation areas such as a lounge, coworking, gaming, library, lounge, counter and terrace.
Designed in a circular way, each path automatically leads back to the center and to the garden, the culminating space of the project.
The terrace has been designed to combine various "practical" places for eating and more "cosy" places for relaxing. It is also possible to organize afterwork sessions indoors.
