We assisted NEOEN from their office selection to the turnkey move-in for the teams. After several months spent in the nearby coworking center, they decided to take a step forward and move into a newly renovated office space.
To design the layout of its premises, we worked with Jean-Christophe Le Hello, Director of Regional Development, to satisfy the demands expressed by the employees. We drew up the plans, defined the scope of the work to be undertaken with NEOEN and its landlord, and finally implemented the work during the summer, to enable the teams to move in peacefully in September 2021.
NEOEN had set us two priority challenges, namely to guarantee that we would be able to move in at the beginning of the school year in September while staying within a tight budget. We took the time upstream to prepare the stages of this development project together, which allowed us to work in a controlled and peaceful context with our client.
