Monopol is one of the two five-story office buildings connected to each other by an underground garage. The project, owned by Liebrecht & wooD, was developed in accordance with the principles of sustainable construction, as evidenced by the BREEAM Interim New Construction certificate at the Excellent level. This is an example of the use of historic core from the 19th century, as the buildings are located on the site of the former "Koneser" Vodka Factory and combine post-industrial style and modernity.
We started the project when the war in Ukraine began, which affected the supply of materials and availability of workers.
