R+V Versicherung - a large-scale tenant upgrade. Tétris was charged with the upgrade of the total spaces in cooperation with the architects' office Motorplan Architekten. We started with the upgrade of two sections including the kitchen and finally received the order for the third section.
The requirement to create a high degree of flexibility between the spaces with a well-structured electrical installation raised a special challenge. Even though the spaces are currently occupied by single tenant, the option of adjusting the spaces to a multi-tenant occupation had to be provided. A system of partition walls allowed the creation of new offices spaces by inserting or relocating walls. Even though 20 modification orders had to be considered during the execution, we managed to deliver the spaces to a highly satisfied customer in line with the schedule thanks to the perfect coordination of all trades.
