Tetris worked with Boulanger, a specialist electronics retailer, to fit-out certain areas of its head office in Lesquin near Lille. The customer's aim was to emphasize well-being in the workplace, introduce new, more flexible working methods, and organize the integration of extensions in keeping with the existing building. The Tétris approach
To meet the customer's expectations, the Tétris teams proposed an innovative solution that took into account the human, organizational, technical and financial challenges of the operation.
The concept imagined and deployed is that of an "interior street", installed as an extension of the building's entrance. This street provides easy access to all the units in the complex. The organization, based on the Hub principle, takes advantage of the strong through axis to create connections between the different areas of the headquarters. At the same time, the creation of a Forum, a place for meetings and exchanges, contributes to strengthening team cohesion. This multi-purpose, inspiring space is ideal for relaxation at any time of day.
Tétris' contribution to Boulanger's project
Thanks to this design concept, which translates into the fit-out of new spaces, Tétris enables Boulanger to offer its employees a place focused on quality of life at work, facilitating exchanges and collaboration in a setting that integrates the new modes and uses of flexible working.
