Following restructuration work made on one of the iconic building of the Head Quarter campus in Niort, MACIF called upon Tétris, and its South-West agency, to first help them design the space, and then stire the works as a General Contractor.
The concern for MACIF was to roll out its new charter NET (New Workplace Environment) on this flagship building, while taking into account the new ways and habits of its employees.
The first phase of this Design and Build project lasted for about a year and entails for the Tétris and MACIF teams to fully grasp the needs and expectations of the future users, to comprehend the technical and architectural specificities of the building, and finaly to design the futur spaces according to restricted timing and budget.
The works involving all trades were carried out in six months, in partnership with numerous local construction companies.
This operation has been a success thanks to the join effort of the MACIF operational teams, the Tétris teams as well as all the local partners in involved throughout the project.
