Parques Reunidos was looking to relocate to new offices, whose design would incorporate a nod to the Madrid leisure parks under its management: Madrid Zoo, Parque de Atracciones, Parque Warner and Aquopolis.
The nearly 1,250 square meters of the new space have several areas, each of which is equipped with elements representative of these parks. For example, the area closest to the entrance is inspired by Faunia and incorporates butterfly garden areas, designed for quick meetings, as well as various types of vegetation hanging from the lighting fixtures. A vertical garden is also located in front of the reception area, which reinforces the presence of green elements in the office.
Just behind this garden are located several cocoons, which are set in Gotham City and Central City, two of the scenarios present in Warner Park.
From there, we move to the area before the entrance to the kitchen, where the arrangement of the stands and screens, as well as the acoustics on the ceiling, remind us of the water attractions of Aquopolis.
Our team has chosen to use furniture and audiovisual elements from the previous Parques Reunidos office, which have been given a second life.
The office has flexible operating stations, which have been placed throughout the office.
