In the context of its expansion and relocation project for its new headquarters in Luxembourg, our client, who already has various locations (Paris, London, New York...), has approached us to define its new workplace strategy.
One of the main aspects, in a post-Covid and teleworking context, was to propose an attractive, comfortable, and hybrid layout to encourage the return to the office for its employees.
"FEELS LIKE HOME" is the guiding principle of our design concept to offer different spatial arrangements and types of workspaces.
A calm and cozy atmosphere is created in the reception and concentration areas, with significant emphasis on acoustic quality. Additionally, warm social spaces are designed to facilitate reconnection, socialization, and promote employee well-being.
The quality of materials, along with the meticulous attention to finishes and the thermal and acoustic comfort of the spaces, were crucial points for the success of the project.
