After several years of operating a historical site dedicated to the training of agents, SNCF Voyageurs wished to move to a new building in the outskirts of Toulouse.
In the context of a project management mission, the SNCF asked Tétris to design and manage the fit-out of its new campus but also to monitor the works in accordance with the development plan.
This project was an opportunity to consider and meet the expectations of the management and the trainees in order to create an innovative and efficient place, in accordance with new ways of working and learning.
These 1 400 m² have been designed to meet each specific use and need expressed by the trainers : to gather on the same campus both technological and interactive practice rooms with simulators and digital screens, and more conventional spaces for classes and debriefing.
Tétris has therefore developed facilities dedicated to theoretical training (classrooms) and to practical and disruptive training (train training rooms).
Relaxation and collaboration areas have been divided between learning and simulation rooms and the coworking space dedicated to the teaching team.
One of the biggest challenges of this project was to technically and aesthetically integrate two full-scale train driving simulation spaces on an office floor.
