A leading e-commerce company with its European headquarters in Luxembourg has found a partner in Tétris to accompany its strong growth in staff: the LUX11 extension project is the extension of existing LUX11 building on 3 floors (ground, 1st and 2nd) for 229 additional standardized workstations in open space over 2680 sqm.
Tétris has delivered turnkey premises (construction and furniture) faithful to the design provided by the client's architect and to the standards of the latter. Tétris handled the execution studies as well as the general coordination, including the actors assigned by the client for IT and security. The general contractor model has made it possible to optimize the production design process and to satisfy the double requirement of very short delivery time and constrained budget.
