Strada, a pioneer in payroll, human capital, and financial management, sought to create a new office space in AZCA, the financial district in Madrid, that would attract employees back to the workplace while reflecting their brand image and the surroundings.
The challenge was to design a 500 m2 office that seamlessly blended the exterior's green areas with the interior, promoting biophilia and a homely atmosphere.
The space needed to be divided into client and employee zones, with a welcoming reception area that made everyone feel at home. Additionally, the design had to incorporate elegance, transparency, and sustainability while eliminating barriers.
To meet Strada's requirements, we developed a design that brought the outdoors inside, focusing on biophilic elements and the company's brand image. The office was divided into two main areas: a client zone and an employee zone, with a striking reception area serving as the focal point.
We used neutral tones inspired by nature, complemented by Strada's corporate and complementary colors, to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Organic shapes and natural textures were incorporated throughout the space to enhance the biophilic concept. The design promoted elegance and transparency through the use of glass partitions and open layouts, fostering a barrier-free environment.
To ensure sustainability, we selected Cradle to Cradle certified materials, responsibly manufactured and designed for a circular economy. These eco-friendly choices aligned with the company's commitment to environmental responsibility and the upcoming green transformation of the AZCA district.
The result is an office space that successfully combines nature-inspired elements with Strada's corporate identity, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment that encourages employees to return to the office while providing an impressive area for client interactions, making everyone feel at home.
