Within the scope of the creation of an International Technology Services Centre in Portugal, the multinational SAP entrusted our team with the architectural project and the execution and management of the construction work of this new office space, as a result of a tender involving several companies. Located in one of the main office parks of Greater Lisbon – the Lagoas Park - SAP's new office occupies an area of over 1000m² and welcomes around 100 employees. In a turn-key project, one of the main requirements of the client was to create a versatile office space with the capacity to duplicate the area in 3 different phases and its complete adaptation to different functions and to its users. On top of this, there was a need to strictly comply with the deadlines in the execution of the construction work.
