Tétris was appointed by The Adecco Group to support them in the project of bringging together its 7 entities on a single site in the heart of Paris la Défense. The global mission included workspace consultancy, Design & Build, furniture project management and site transfer.
The challenges of the project were to create a unity in terms of space while reflecting the identity of each brand of the group, to optimize the ratio of square meters per employee and to adopt the flex-office while supporting employees in setting up new ways of working. Read more
To achieve these goals, different types of spaces have been designed. Several kinds of meeting rooms provide different atmospheres (contemporary, vintage, vegetal, Scandinavian) with furniture of various sizes and styles. For the board room, a theme mixing ecology and inclusion has been chosen. It includes a monumental table made by a work integration company with reclaimed wood giving it a raw and refined appearance. A very large convivial space, accessible to employees of all entities, has been created, as well as several coffee points allowing informal exchanges. Emphasis was also placed on the candidate experience via reception, waiting and relaxation areas and confidentiality boxes.
