SpinMaster, a leader in the toy and children's entertainment industry, needed a new headquarters in Assago that would reflect its innovative and creative identity.
The goal was to create a stimulating and versatile work environment, capable of balancing collaboration and privacy, inspiring employees and impressing visitors, while maintaining a playful atmosphere true to the company's brand.

Working with JLL's Project & Development Services team, we transformed the space, managing the refurbishment, interior design and furnishing to create an office that perfectly embodies SpinMaster's essence.
The modern design, dominated by the company's blue, starts with a welcoming reception with a display area that acts as showcases and playful elements that immediately immerse visitors in the company's creative world.
The dynamic and flexible work environment combines open spaces, private offices and communal areas to meet different working needs. Open-space workstations are equipped with ergonomic work chairs, height-adjustable desks and technology supports, while enclosed offices and phone booths provide privacy for activities requiring greater concentration. Glass walls and sound-absorbing panels provide visual openness, brightness and optimal acoustic comfort.
A distinctive element is the use of graphics and characters from SpinMaster products to decorate the environment, creating a cheerful and motivating atmosphere. The prestigious meeting room, which doubles as a showroom, is a multi-functional area equipped with presentation screens and display furniture, ideal for moving seamlessly from brainstorming to customer demonstrations.
The breakout area provides a space for relaxing breaks and informal meetings, encouraging the exchange of ideas in a relaxed atmosphere. The presence of plants helps to create a more natural and pleasant environment, improving the overall wellbeing of employees.
