JO&JOE, the young and innovative brand of Accor Group, has entrusted us with the renovation project for the opening of its first property in Italy, located in Rome. Situated in a 16th-century former monastery, in the heart of the city between the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon, JO&JOE Rome is a unique place that combines hospitality, shared experiences, local cuisine, and entertainment.
With its vibrant and dynamic design, the property stands out as a meeting space for travelers and the local community. Differentiating itself from traditional hotels, it offers the comfort and services of a hotel while having the atmosphere of a youth hostel.
We have carried out renovation works to optimize and reorganize the existing spaces to adapt them to the brand's new needs. The construction and installation works have been executed while preserving the historical value of the property through a conservative restoration of the architectural and decorative elements protected by the MIBAC, including the inner courtyard, the historic fountain and the restoring of the façade. We have also promoted the use of materials and finishes aimed at improving energy efficiency.
