The project to renovate and refurbish the existing areas included six floors of flex office space totaling 5,500sqm of flexible workspace that includes 3 coworking areas, 98 private offices of various sizes, meeting rooms, event spaces, a food and beverage court, and a terrace overlooking the district's iconic square with a 360-degree view of the city skyline.
Functional workspaces combine flexibility and coziness, thanks to the creation of informal environments and the search for a domestic atmosphere through the use of sustainable materials and in the choice of warm, discreet tones and refined fabrics and textiles that embellish spaces designed to facilitate relationships, increase professional exchanges and productivity.
