BSBM, a Parisian law firm, called on Tétris to assist with the design and refurbishment of its premises in the 16th arrondissement. The challenge was to take into account the constraints associated with working in a Haussmann-style building, and to guarantee an aesthetic finish in keeping with the standing of a law firm.
The Tétris teams organized the removal of a large number of existing partitions, then the re-partitioning in drywall with identical reproduction of old moldings. The ceiling, light fittings and herringbone parquet flooring were also restored to their original condition. Plumbing, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning), electrical work, computer wiring and painting were also carried out, and numerous glass partitions were installed.
The 300m² office features 45 workstations, including 3 individual offices for the partners. In addition, offices for partners and administrators are fit-out in pairs and for 4-6 people. A large meeting room and cafeteria complete the layout.
Tétris' contribution to BSBM lawyers' projects
Through the use of sophisticated materials, the renovation and restoration of certain high-standard architectural elements, and the care taken with the finishes, Tétris enabled BSBM to move into a setting that preserves the charm and standing of the old, while reflecting a modern image.
