The South East Mediterranean subsidiary of ICF HABITAT has 200 employees. It wanted to make the new branch in Montpellier a pilot site characterized by dynamic spaces in line with the needs of employees, as well as a shared office solution.
Thanks to the co-design methods proposed by Tétris, each employee was involved in the project, in order to initiate this transformation of the work environment, thus allowing to evolve in dynamic spaces, and no longer partitioned by the old closed offices.
