For JLL's new office in Madrid the main aspects to develop the project were flexibility, implementing a policy of diversity and inclusion and sustainability as a fundamental pillar.
We wanted this new space to be a place focused on people's wellbeing, with spaces dedicated to different ways of working and with lots of vegetation to bring the outside inside and create a more welcoming and natural environment.
The result is JLL's first DEI Standard (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) office in the world. We have converted this new office into a dynamic and innovative space that reflects the company's philosophy and values.
The concept is based on the idea of a city, "The JLL city" with avenues that connect people and spaces dedicated both to team collaboration, to individual work spaces, meeting areas and breakout spaces.
We have reused more than 80% of the materials from the old office, limiting our environmental impact and helping us to have as little waste as possible.
