When our client, a renowned Italian high-end design company of iconic products for the home, entrusted us with the design and fit-out of their first Milanese headquarters, in the beating heart of what is considered the city of Italian design and fashion, their request was to have a representative space, adjacent to their showroom, that would relaunch their image and be a calling card for the company.

The offices, located in the inner courtyard of a building of historical value in a strategic position in the city, recall the essence of the company's brand and capture the distinctive features of their table and kitchen accessories showroom in the choice of materials and lines.
The rooms are defined by their essential, timeless design and the choice of neutral colours and refined, natural materials - oak parquet flooring, grey carpeting, white walls that fade into shades of grey, black profiles on the glass walls and numerous custom-made joinery - and are embellished and made unique by a series of creatively positioned decorative elements, prints and furnishings.
We have created clean and elegant workspaces divided into several areas on different levels, which we have restored to preserve their value, connected by a scenic internal staircase that leads from the entrance to the reception area from which flows are directed to the open-plan workspaces.
On the opposite side, another 'industrial' style staircase descends to a room, furnished with flexible furniture, with the dual function of meeting room and collaborative operating space. The office configuration is optimised to meet the different needs of users by providing versatile spaces that lend themselves to multiple activities: closed offices of various sizes are set up to be used also as meeting rooms, meeting and representation rooms are designed to be used as hybrid spaces that can be remodelled to host training sessions or events.
The spaces are also characterised by their brightness, a central aspect of the project, as well as those related to the sustainability of the space, which we have taken care of by installing technical and ornamental design lights to increase the natural lighting of the rooms, choosing durable materials and carbon-free furniture that can be easily recycled to reduce the environmental impact, and integrating green elements into the office that bring the outdoors inside and create a natural feel-good factor.
