La Clique, a new player in coliving, wishes to set up in medium-sized cities in the north of France. The goal is to offer the colivers (young dynamic executives or students) an experience of living together focused on sharing and discovering local culture. The challenge for Tétris was the realization of a design concept within a 1930's type house in the heart of Dunkerque.
The design was conceived on emblematic themes, on a large scale but also locally. Thus in this place of shared life, the great ideas of Le Corbusier take place mixing 1930's modernism with various current trends. In order to create the surprise or the unexpected a touch of originality is brought to the project, taking as inspiration the "Quartier Excentric" of Dunkerque. The meeting of these two worlds creates a unique universe at the service of the colivers. This house is equipped with shared spaces to live the coliving experience (kitchen, living room, terrace), as well as 6 bedrooms with private bathrooms.
